1. BMW (My husband has one and drives like a maniac from MarioKart)
2. Tesla (They think they are sooo cool driving from a tablet in a big lima bean. Take a dip in a lake!) I HATE the X in a kiss and ride waiting 20 minutes for those infantile doors to go up and down!
3. WRX - Sigh!
4. Giant redneck trucks with various stoooopid stickers and the exhaust pouring black smoke out of a top mounted hood exhaust. Really?
5. Jeeps - I really hope those drivers get ejected from those Ken cars one day with their windowless selves.
I gotta call BS on this one.
I’ve owned 5 Wranglers of various years, and they’re pretty much impossible to drive aggressively. For one thing, they’re too underpowered to drive fast. They take like 12 seconds to get to 60. Secondly, they don’t handle well enough to let allow people to cut/weave through traffic like a nut. And they’re heavy, so they take longer to stop, so Jeep drivers tend not to be tailgaters, either, because they know they can’t stop on a dime. All those factors combine to make a vehicle that pretty much cannot be driven aggressively. In my experience, driving a Jeep tends to make you a better driver overall because they don’t forgive the kind of mistakes you could get away with in a car that handles better.
You might not like Jeeps for wherever reason (old BF you still hate 10 years later drove one?) but that doesn’t mean their drivers are bad as a group. Or maybe you’re just jealous of them? Which is also weird, because they’re not some kind of high-end vehicle - literally anyone can own one if they wanted. Whatever the reason you dislike them, it’s more to do with you than with reality.
