That doesn’t mean they aren’t using it this year for in-pool determinations. They already paid for and administered the test—why wouldn’t they use it one last time (assuming they really are doing a phase-out)?
Brabrand said on 10/18 they were using the NNAT and CoGAT to make the pool, but not how.
This is why they need to post how they made the pool somewhere. Maybe not cut scores by school, but "It was <X> percentile of kids based on only subsection scores" or "It required 2 subsection scores above the <X> percentile" or whatever it was.
