I mean, is this even controversial? Every organism on this planet exists to propagate itself. Some of us do and some don’t, and we of course want to enjoy life in the meantime, but yeah, that’s pretty much it.

I don’t understand the pp. Don’t men want to achieve things because they themselves are driven? Why would married men keep on pursuing success if they have ready found a partner? This so wild to think that men’s only goal in life is sex and everything else is secondary (including kids). I don’t buy that at all. So many men in long term marriages still want to do well so that they feel successful.
