Good for you, OP! Sometimes they just need to see what it’s really like in order to come around. You have not been unreasonable at all.

OP here. He’s involved. He sees him during his lunch break and spends 6-7pm every night playing with him. He does the bedtime routine ( bath, lotion, book) every night. He is with him almost every wake period on the weekends playing and interacting with him. I follow the schedule but he spends most of the time with him on the weekends since I have him all week. He gets plenty of time with the baby.
