Cankles aren't rare. Women with slim legs don't have cankles but women with more fat on their body and legs do.

Not true I’ve always had heavy thighs even as a little girl, but my bone structure is fine and delicate, so my legs are really long and my ankles and feet are narrow. Same with arms, and delicate wrists and long fingers. I’m strong with great muscle tone but just have a softer and curvier look to my body.
I’m a short waisted so basically all legs and arms.
