These are kids and barely have the emotional capacity to date one person, what more with two at once. Be glad it's not your kid.
Why is it "sick"? I don't think 11 year olds need to be dating in general, but what makes this "sick" as opposed to couples where one or both of them cheat?

Why is it my business? It's not, but having my own child who is not too much younger, I like to keep up with the trends!
11 year olds do weird things when dating. I remember my “boyfriend” at 11 - I had never spoken to him before, a friend asked him out for me, we avoided each other like the plague after we became a couple, and 5 days after agreeing to be my boyfriend his friend told my friend he didn’t want me to be his girlfriend anymore. It’s just a weird age.
I did not allow my 11 year old to date. But honestly, I might have been ok with this kind of dating.

I'm so glad to not have to deal with this. If I did, I would not allow any dating much less group dating. Doesn't have to do with your pronouns, but you obviously aren't mature enough to understand any of it. You can have friends and that's it.
Good luck with that, Mr. Capulet.
hahah. That is brilliant.
Side note: disengage, as a high school friend from a hippie town turned parent said. Disengage! For your sake and theirs.
