Unfortunately I doubt Trayon has problems just because Navy Yard is moving to his electoral district. People that are in their early 20s and renters are not the highest propensity voters when it comes to city level elections, especially in primaries.

COunncil passed first vote yesterday. I can't beleive that Navy Yard and Baseball stadium are going to Ward 8. I figured the Lerners had a lot more pull than that.
