Not nepotism. That would imply mommie helped you get the job.
Kids tend to do what parents did at least in large numbers -- police, fire, doctor, lawyer, politics, acting -- why not models. I will say this -- modeling is about as meritocratic as you can get. If they don't sell they are out.
