The eruption got more intense today, with another vent opening, and more people needing to be evacuated. And the amazing Jose Andres is there with his WCK charity, feeding people.

Um, what about the scientists and Spanish government monitoring the volcano who issues the warning that prompted the media to pick up the story and embellish it with clickbait fake news which captured the op’s attention and prompted this thread? You’re giving the op far too much credit.
I’ll give them credit that I learned about la Palma here before the real news. So, some credit.
If you skimmed the Daily Mail before checking dcum, you would have heard the news sooner.
