Bring solutions to the table- my suggestion would be to have an administrator create a list of assignments for kids through AP Classroom. There are videos and assignments that can be given, but an admin needs to give kids access and set it up.
Second I would try to find a good online set of videos for my kid to watch from you tube if I couldn’t afford or find a tutor.
Third I would not have my kid take the AP exam in the spring if they don’t get a teacher within the next few weeks. It is a really difficult exam under normal circumstances.
Good luck!

No hope for the AP test, unfortunately.
And that does not look good on college applications.
Yep. Wilson college admissions were miserable this year in part because grades were grossly inflated for everyone. Giving everyone As hurts everyone. College regional admissions officers are not dumb.
There is so much more to the story than this - I’m sorry your kid didn’t get into the elite school you wanted. Mine did!
Lol. There were no Wilson kids admitted to a top 10 school last year.
I guess you consider Wisconsin elite.
God, you’re gross. You are sitting on a website dumping on kids and schools you don’t consider elite. What a sad person you are.
I’d be willing to bet this elitist scum is the same troll who dumps on Wilson admissions on other threads. Guessing it’s your typical NW DC HYPS grad (the type who dump on Cornell hard) who legitimately believes if you don’t attend one of these places you are doomed to a life working retail in Nebraska (and there is nothing wrong with either if that’s what you like). AND - guessing they’re bitter because their precious Angel DIDNT get into what they consider an elite school. Let’s see their comeback for this one!

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:How can Wilson give kids credit for this class? It's a joke, and colleges aren't dumb.
Right. It will screw these kids over. Colleges are becoming wise to the Wilson shenanigans---"honors for all", no pandemic grades lower than a B, etc.
They have regional admissions reps whose job it is to follow these things. Do they want a Wilson kid who could be an A student or could be a B- student (no one can tell anymore)
or a Sidwell kid who they know is a true A kid. Admissions this past year were vastly better at the top privates than from Wilson and this wasn't always the case.

I have a kid in this physics class. Do you? I doubt it. I’m trying to connect with parents to figure out a plan how to deal with this.
It’s Junior year and we’re trying to get through it all. 🤦🏻♀️

No, YOU started the nastiness when you insulted the poster stating her "kid did not get into an elite school but mine did".
If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen.
