Hmmm, I didn't know it was her van and not his. That definitely puts a sinister twist on things. If they broke up amicably or not, she should have been the one to take the van.

I mentioned upthread that I was there the same week that she apparently went missing. The weather was a little nuts. The week started in the 90's and ended up with snow. I did not plan accordingly so luckily my family came out after me and were able to bring cold weather gear.
If she is lost, it has dropped below freezing for multiple days and even snowed. The weather is wild.
For those who haven't been to Yellowstone/Tetons, the area is vast. I haven't seen such open spaces in my life and one could easily disappear without being found.
