Next up: “I have been invested in the lives of the Palestinians since I was a toddler. I set up an encampment on campus at Oklahoma Baptist Bible College University. If you need to know what to think about this - Listen. To. Me. Also, order your new keffiyeh at this link! Use code JEN!”

Anonymous wrote:Jen’s latest podcast is “for those OF US who grew up in an extremely restrictive patriarchal environment.” Ummm … to quote someone above, where in all of her previous word salads and memoirs has she EVER talked about how she grew up in a patriarchal home? Based on the stories I’ve heard, her dad was THE BEST EVER and he was so adoring and so affirming and just so so dear. But now, all of a sudden, like her body angst which just recently appeared, she is now claiming to have grown up in the patriarchy.

I have read all of Jen’s stuff (pre cookbook); and I don’t remember her ever talking about body image. If anything, she presented herself as confident since birth.
Anonymous wrote:Oh lawd, her post of her letter to her 18 year old self telling her to love her body. Girrrrrrl, now all of a sudden, you’re going to try to convince people that you’ve had body image problems. Oh how timely. Please, it’s just gross.
