It does show her (1) coming within six feet of him, although he told her repeatedly to stay further away, and (2) threatening to call the police to tell them "an African American is threatening to kill me."

I think she still would have gone bananas and escalated the situation. Absolutely.

Lots of people thrive on aggression. Some seek it out; others quickly engage and escalate. This is a personality trait/character flaw. It’s why we have anger management therapy.
Is she racist? Yep. But the encounter would have been very similar with anyone—including a white woman or a teenager.
No it would not have. You're missing WHY this was so egregious. Sure, she would have thrown a hiss fit with anyone, but she escalated to a place where she put this man's LIFE in danger. She would not and could not have done that to a white person. THAT is what is disgusting. Without that element, this is just run of the mill asshole behavior.
I’m guessing you’ve never seen white people go bananas at each other before? It happens. It escalates, sometimes they fight and pull hair, and sometimes they threaten to call the cops. Thanks to cell phones, it gets captured for the world to see.
I get that she made it racial. But I still think she would have gone bananas regardless, and she might have called the cops.
I am white. I was hit by a white woman on a bicycle. It was her fault (I was in my car stopped at a traffic light). She flipped out and threatened to call the cops. I actually did call the police because her bike damaged my car and I was worried that she might have hit her head. It wasn’t racial; she was just a lunatic. (She told the police officer that she was just upset because she was late for her therapy appointment.)
what you are missing is that this has happened to you ... once, a long time ago.
black people have to deal with this type of stuff on a regular basis... daily, weekly, monthly
You also were an equal (or even better than) the person who went crazy on you, the cops show up and they believe both of you or manybe just you since the other woman ... is going to therapy.
But when police take a report from a white woman and a black man they assume the white woman is telling the truth and the black man is lying.

Had it been a white woman, I bet she would have called her a C and possibly physically attacked her. Have you ever watched any of the Real Housewives shows? Heck, the Family Guy did a segment on this sort of thing with women brawling at a baseball game.
Ask yourself why it's so important to you that it be acknowledged that she would have done similarly regardless of color. And then ask again whether or not you're attempting to defend her behavior.

I think he warned her that he will videotape her. That is what he meant that "you won't like what I will do". She says that she will call the police and he says "please do". Then she says that she will say that he was attacking her and he says that she can say whatever she wants to say.
No. I do not think he was baiting her. He gave her a warning that he will videotape that her dog is not on leash. And then when she keep threatening him with police (really? because they are White assassins and musclemen? this woman's threat of police racist violence is not an endorsement that the cops want to have. ) and with false allegations, he does not get angry and says that she can do whatever she wants to do.

Have you watched the video? He didn't bait her. He asked her respectfully to leash her dog--in an area where leashes were required.
He took the video for self-protection because he knew yahoos like you would believe her account that he was being aggressive.

Yet in this incident she went straight to weaponizing his race and gender against him. There is a long history of black men being killed after being accused by white women and she knew it. That's why she was specific in telling HIM that when she called the police she would tell them he's black. She reminded him of his race as a warning that she was going to weaponize it against him if he didn't mind his place.
