Yes, but only the 3” width is standard. Wider widths require an upgrade.

Upgrading kitchen island (water fall style), back splash, prep kitchen, laundry room cabinets, master bath, 4 baths, 2 powder rooms countertops to level III white quarts for the Palatine model cost $15K+

Not sure your design center consultant got it right...we were quoted less than half of that. 75k doesn’t make sense for just flooring.

Upgrading floor and wall tiles in all bathrooms (master, 3 baths, 1 show) to 12 x 24" matte white marble patterned porcelain tiles (a level II upgrade) and bring the tiles to the ceiling - cost almost $10K for the Palatine model
