Awful Angie gets the kids for 3 weeks and it only gets visitation and it's supervised by a therapist. He's too nice to hit back -- he should be demanding the SAME for her, but he's taking the high road for the sake of his kids. He is seeing his kids finally at least.

Geez, how do we know this level of detail? If this is true, then Brad must have truly acted inappropriately to accept this highly unfavorable outcome. I'm an attorney and have seen many documented abuser assholes get far more favorable visitation terms than this (which burns me up every time, I'm not cut out for family law).
I was puzzled too. It said his drug test was negative. Wonder what really happened.

This is an insane comment.

That moment, seeing her son defend her or jump into the fight may have gotten all her mother hen bells pinging and forced her to see that the situation is not a great one for the kids.
Thus explaining why she rented that house weeks before the argument, and told him she was divorcing him the day before that argument.
Actually, the timeline of events kind of explains how he ended up in an argument that got out of hand. Having your wife tell you she is going to file for divorce and wants sole physical custody of your children can make very calm people lose their cool.
This makes a lot of sense. Didn't help that he was drinking. (it's s long flight though!) but I'm guessing this is the moment she told him.

Well I think there are a lot of women who would have appreciated Brad physically just fine between the age of 40 and 52.
Its hardly his twilight years...![]()
No thank you. He looks like a bum more often than not these days.
Well he is over 52 now. Can you not actually read, or is it a numbers issue?
