Are you an attorney? Not that you're expected to tell the truth, or anything...
Why are you claiming, "No one here knows the facts as determined by law enforcement" when everyone (who cares) knows that law enforcement in fact had promptly shared the facts with the press?
You are the epitome of the classic shyster, aren't you? Just my observation.
PP, given your personal attacks (see above), what is your personal connection here? If you are a close friend or family member of one of the people who died, or of somebody who died in a similar incident, I am sorry for your loss. Or are you just a concerned citizen with no personal connection?
There has been a lot of not answering this question.

Then there's the whole innocent until proven guilty thing. Believe it or not, this boy and parents cannot go directly to jail via DCUM verdict. Some of you are so simple it's shocking.
Maybe you think it's funny that maybe, just maybe, the driver wasn't drinking and speeding, and that two people weren't killed. And that no adult parent was hosting the party. But then you'd be saying the Montgomery County Police Department was lying.
I think the police had the actual facts when they reported the facts.
You, my friend, are shameful.
And "no one understands the applicable laws."
You sound like his defense lawyer.

In either case, I think that person, if found guilty, should go to jail too.
The police reported the facts, and you know it. The adult was the parent at the party crime site, his home.
PP who keeps posting -- since we're talking about personal information about people, I'm curious: what is your personal connection here? If you are a close friend or family member of one of the people who died, or of somebody who died in a similar incident, I am sorry for your loss. Also, there is no "scene of the crime" yet. Nobody has been charged with anything yet, let alone convicted.
Hi just don't want people gossiping because he's white and well off. But that black kid who raped his date next to the court house this summer? We can go on and on gossiping about him. Saying ALL kinds of stuff about him. AND his victim. Truth be damned.

Honey, in the United States, you're not guilty of a crime until proven guilty. See, for example, the OJ Simpson case.
Honey, are you trying to say the Montgomery County police messed up when they reported the verified evidence to the press? You ain't so smart if that's what you're up to.
