It's not uncommon for Admins to make 6 figure salaries. They are the engines running in the background ensuring everything is working. They prop up the technical staff most of the time and are expected to be on call 24/7. Im sure RS was on her case non stop. Point A to Z to get a kid on the field every season is mostly the admins job.

Work is work - Non profit or not. A lot of non profits have decent salaries
