If this continues much longer, Russia will probably reach Odessa and what will be left of the Ukraine will be an impoverished, landlocked rump state; at that point they'd be better off allowing themselves to be incorporated into Poland, Hungry, etc.
Sad to see so much death and destruction but there was no other way this was going to end. The Germans learned in WW2 that you can't go up against the Russian behemoth and expect to win a war of attrition.
Hopefully, the stark reality of what they're facing will bring the Ukrainians to the negotiating table to cut their losses and find a way to live in peace with their neighbor to the east.

Neville Chamberlain got a better deal from Hitler. It's manifestly evident that the United States is now effectively a Russian proxy country.
Europe is clearly regretting their ties to the US. But unfortunately it takes years to ramp up their own defense industries to scale. Europe were parasites for 50 years and now they are dealing with the consequences. You can't wish away that dependency overnight.
So Ukraine and Europe are in a bad place because of the Russian control of the White House.
No doubt that will change in the years ahead. The consequences of American treachery will echo for decades.

Only this time it is the Russians dying by the 100’s of thousands while bleeding the economy white vs the Chinese.
They're going to die by the 100's of thousands all the way to Kiev. Neo-cons are going to be claiming victory while Zelensky makes his last stand in a bunker.
Then they'll pretend they never said any of this nonsense while they urge the Poles or Balts to go kill Russians by the thousands...
You really have no clue about what is happening. MAGA is a clown show.

Literally all that tweet proves (if it's even accurate) is that Ukraine, despite being illegally invaded and having its civilians be killed and raped by the Russians, still has the decency to repatriate Rissian dead, while the invaders, murderers, and rapists can't even muster the humanity to return the favor in equal numbers.
Uh, it’s actually the exact opposite of what you wrote. Russia is returning bodies, and Ukraine is not. Either Ukraine has no bodies to return, or they are keeping the bodies. You tell me which is more likely.
DP - Given the endless lies and misrepresentations from the Kremlin, the ongoing illegal invasion, targeting of civilians and other war crimes - your argument has little to no credibility.
This war was started and continued in barbaric ways.
Argh! I am powerless in the face of your talking points.
The PP you’re defending still can’t process the English language though. Probably some Ukrainian who ran from his trench.
PP to whom you replied - maybe so.
Like many, I have developed so much respect for Ukrainians in general. Their resilience and courage in fighting for their sovereign democracy has been remarkable. I am sure that there has been some high level corruption since they are a fledgling democracy and had many billions in military aid was given to them. Not saying they were or are perfect, but they were the victims and have made many sacrifices to defend themselves from this illegal invasion.
Also, they have proven extremely tech savvy in countering the Kremlin’s propaganda war.
This doesn't explain thousands of Ukrainian men of fighting age making themselves comfortable in Europe.
Nor the millions of Russian men of fighting age making themselves comfortable in Moscow while they send non-Russian slaves to invade Ukraine.
