PP who keeps posting -- since we're talking about personal information about people, I'm curious: what is your personal connection here? If you are a close friend or family member of one of the people who died, or of somebody who died in a similar incident, I am sorry for your loss. Or are you just a concerned citizen with no personal connection?

Here's a funny thing: no one here knows the facts as determined by law enforcement and no one understands the applicable laws. Then there's the whole innocent until proven guilty thing. Believe it or not, this boy and parents cannot go directly to jail via DCUM verdict. Some of you are so simple it's shocking.

Is it true that anyone can host an "illegal" drinking party for minors and there's zero possibility of jail time, even when attendees drive and kill right after the event?

It's illegal to furnish minors with alcohol. Business employees go to jail but citizens don't. They just get a fine. The task force wanted to make it a jailable offense for regular people too.

What "gossip" are you talking about? You don't believe that:
1. Two persons were killed in a car by a speeding and drinking driver? Or
2. An adult illegally provided alcohol to underaged minors?

The only thing not yet determined is if anyone will be held accountable for these crimes.

The parents of the party goers know exactly what is going on. To me, they are just as guilty. These parents hosted these parties regularly. Grow up, and stop glorifying drinking and getting hammered and maybe your kids won't feel like they have to as well.
It starts at home.

Not me and I probably did not see your post since it was deleted. I am a resident of North Potomac and this is the story that has circulated, and I saw it get posted and removed here.
