Are he and Gendry going to show up together, possibly with the Hound?

Yes it can kill white walkers. It was on the tip of the spear that meera threw.
Not sure how its made, I believe what exists currently was made by the children. But it probably involved Dragons, it has been a long time since there were dragons in westeros to create more...

Also, what's Arya's next move? She spent the whole last season training "to be a girl without a name". Now what?
Despite the hate amongst the kingdons, they're all going to have to band together to fight the whitealkers. Only Brie, Jon, and Sam have valerian swords. I can't imagine they're the only 3 to be able to take down the whitewalkers.
Ned's sword was melted down to make two swords. Joffrey had a sword, so I guess it went to Tommen. What happened to Rob Stark's sword? Was it given to Ramsey?
Rob didn't have a valyrian steel sword, but as someone else mentioned there are a handful of other swords out there, the show hasn't necessarily mentioned them:

I wonder with the smirk on what's his name with the faceless men, if Arya's training was intended to make her who she was meant to be. The fact that she didn't just follow orders to kill may a somewhat neutral point. She's someone who could bring in more faces by being herself. She has a friggin' kill list!
Jaqen is Syrio Forel is no one. That's my theory.
PP here, that's been my theory as well.
Syrio was a braavo, a street fighter, who became First Sword of Bravos. Jaquen is a faceless man, an assassin serving the Many-Faced God. They are different orders or types of fighters/killers. And in the books Jaquen wasn't at the House of Black and White- it was a kindly man who ran things, who said he never heard of Jaquen.
Agree, I never got this "theory." Why would the two have anything to do with each other? Arya ran into Jaquen when she was at Harrenhal and there was never any indication that it had anything to do with Syrio other than the fact they were both from Braavos.
In the books Jaquen turns into someone who resembles a character that appears later with the maesters at the citadel. I don't remember much about it, but there's talk of dragon glass in those scenes.
But the show hasn't gone there are all, and the show writers tend to merge multiple storylines into single characters, so I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that two Braavosi men who have taken an interest in training Arya could really be the same person.
