A bill to address immigration - beyond what a simple EO can do - was written and prepared and Trump told the GOP to kill it because he was afraid it would be too much of a win for Biden. And so on. Until at the end, it's fully been admitted that Trump said it and meant it but it's ok because something, something, no one can take a joke or whatever. Is anyone really paying attention anymore? I used to enjoy the fact checking that one guy - Daniel Dale(?) did, but them it became apparent it was meaningless. I just assume Trump is lying and will do whatever dumb thing immediately pops into his stupid head.
