I don’t like Trump, but this looks really political.

That says a whole lot. None of it good. Over-reach by the DA is really bad. I’m beginning to wonder is the Rs are right, that they need to shut him up for other reasons. Before the border crisis, Chinese balloon and lack of criminal prosecutions of violent offenders, I would have said otherwise. But this just seems odd.

It seems very unlikely that all would be felonies. I can’t say for sure, and neither can the person on twitter. I’ve read a lot of indictments, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen all felonies, unless it was a case with a handful of violent crimes. These are supposed to be fraud charges.

When asked at a post midterms press conference how other world leaders should view this moment for America, with Trump potentially running for the presidency again, Biden said he will make sure Trump doesn't take power.
"We just have to demonstrate that he will not take power if he does run, making sure he under legitimate efforts of our Constitution does not become the next president again, Biden said.

Oh chill. He probably meant because trump is a criminal. They can't vote so they shouldn't hold office. And presidents should be held to higher standards, not lower ones. Unfortunately the founding fathers did not anticipate a grifter and bully so they felt they didn't have to actually codify some of these norms of being a decent person.
He said why he meant, sadly
