Not possible. I just watched it. It’s definitely Rebecca.

She was taking cater Toby’s and Kate’s adopted baby.

Agree! This show is full of red herrings. Case in point-- Weren't we led to believe that Jack's head injury/marriage-ending fight was from an accident with Toby's special green grill?
Yeah, my husband kept saying “oh I bet this is how Jack gets his head injury on the grill.”

1. When Kevin is practicing his speech, we see a woman's toiletries on the bathroom sink, including a bottle of foundation makeup that looks about right for Madison. It is definitely not for dark skin, so we can rule out Zoe.
2. When Kevin goes to the closet to get his tuxedo jacket, there is a woman's dress or robe and a pink bra on the back of the chair. The bra looks about right for Madison. Sophie is several cup sizes larger than Madison, and this bra would be way too small for her. If the show creators were attentive to detail and the bra size was thoughtfully chosen, we can rule out Sophie.
3. When Kevin enters Kate's dressing room, Madison rushes up to him to kick him out and says, "I told you 12 times this morning, no boys allowed!" Twelve times, in the morning, seems like a lot for people not sharing a hotel room. Points to Madison.
4. With the speed slowed down, you can really see how closely Madison comes up to Kevin to push him back out the door. She has her hand up to push him, but she's almost chest-to-chest with him. If they are married to other people, it would be weirdly close. Points to Madison.
5. Also with the speed slowed down, you can get a longer look at how Madison looks at him while she telling him to get out. It's a pretty loving and intimate look for people who are not a couple. She's looking at him like they are sharing a couple's joke. It's kind of teasing or flirtatious. Points to Madison.
Give it up, it’s not Madison. When Randall asked Kevin if his answer about whether he loved Madison had changed, clear his answer was no. He is fond of Madison (all described in friendship terms not romantic ones) and feels bad his kids won’t have the tight nuclear family he did when little, but is not in love with her. Period, end of sentence. All your tiny observations are meaningless compared to that ( I mean foundation color and bra size, seriously?)
Sophie makes the most sense. The love Kevin was never ready for until he matured and understood what grownup love really means. Big grand romance, sure, but also steady day to day without incessant self-focus. Possibly someone totally new a la Nicky but I think it will be Sophie, a nurse who will help care for his mom at the end.
First PP here.
Foundation was just ruling out Zoe, for anyone still considering her a possibility. It was a white woman's makeup.
Bra size-- yeah, a stretch to get a detail like that right, as I said.
I still think the interaction in the doorway looks like a couple and not just close friends. The looks, the body language, the "I told you 12 times this morning. . ." As Kate's friend, Madison would be spending most of her time before the wedding with Kate, except for when taking care of the kids. So 12 times?
Also, if Kevin is married to Sophie, she'd be there with Kate, along with Madison and Beth, but we don't see her.
I mean, who knows? I'm just saying that there are enough pro-Madison signs that it wouldn't be a crazy twist.
I do hope it's Madison. They have a really healthy relationship. The only thing going against it is Kevin's perception of his feelings for her, but he's never seemed to have a realistic sense of what love looks like. (Think of how strong and wrong he was with that woman/fan he dated once, only to find out she married with a celebrity hall pass.) If you go by how he acts with Madison, how he treats her, it looks like love. He understands her. He accommodates her needs. He sacrifices his own wants and needs for her benefit.
I will be disappointed in the writers if they make it Sophie. They never had a healthy relationship. He cheated on her the first time, lied about his addiction the second time. It would be so lame of Sophie to take him back after that. How could she trust him? How could they have a healthier dynamic? Those things are hard to change if you've known someone for a long time. I could see it if they had been apart for all those years after their divorce when really young, but the recent addiction thing is really hard to disregard.

No kidding! I kept watching to see if they were dubbing his lines or editing like crazy, because that was pretty incredible.
I wonder if the little actor's blindness had an impact on that. I could imagine that a vision impairment might heighten the kid's perception and emotional intelligence in a way that translates into better acting skill, even at that tiny age.
The actor is not actually blind.

But the most devastating moment for me was Rebecca quietly asking Kevin to complete the forms because she couldn’t remember the information![]()
Also when it was clear Kate couldn’t run to the park, so Rebecca did.
I don't think that moment was supposed to be a dig on Kate's weight. I think it was because no one was letting Rebecca do anything to help with the kids and she was getting frustrated. This was a moment where she was able to show that she could put the pieces together and still save the day despite her diagnosis.
Definitely. But for some posters, everything comes back to Kate's weight, which is weird because not everything comes back to The One Thing about Keven or The One Thing about Randall
Um, Rebecca told Kate where he was, and Rebecca hauled ass to get to him. Where was Kate?
Yes, Kate didn’t even try to get to the park.
And wouldn’t you have a high lock on all doors going outside with a kid regardless of sight?
The point of this was to show Rebecca's need/ability to contribute and to show (with the hospital forms) that having a good period doesn't mean the Alzheimer's has disappeared.
Toby runs up hills in San Francisco. Why couldn't he have lapped Rebecca on the way to the park? She probably had a couple of minute's lead on him, max (I am assuming Kate went to tell everyone that Rebecca was going to the park and she and Toby followed, hence the blood on Toby's shirt).
If it helps, I agree that Kate is extremely fat. FAT FAT FAT.
I don’t think Toby had blood on his shirt, it’s just an ugly shirt with two big patches of yellow. Kate and Toby weren’t at the hospital until they put the stitches in, otherwise Rebecca would not have been filling out the paperwork.
Good point. So where were they? I’m assuming Rebecca would’ve taken Jack back to the house, since he would’ve needed to be in a car seat going to the hospital. I don’t understand why Kate and Toby wouldn’t have driven him at that point. If anything, Rebecca would’ve been in the car with them.
Kim thinking the couple that found him took them to the hospital or 911 was called.
Except Rebecca found him at the park. So I’m not understanding what happened between then and the hospital, such that Rebecca and Kevin are the ones dealing with the paperwork.
The sequence suggested both parents were in with Jack while he was getting stitches, while Rebecca and Kevin were trying to help handle the paperwork. Really not a point worth all this discussion.
Doubtful, hospitals don’t do anything until the paperwork is done.
