No incorrect. It has nothing to do with that.
It all depends on when school districts choose to make their cutoff dates. The latest Ive heard is Nov. Which means the most players would need to be is 16 months younger than Aug 1st. There are very few schools like this. 99% of schools start by Sept which would be 14 months younger at most.
