Maybe a cross between the two? I'm not sure what they're formally called, but I've noticed the 60s silhouettes are really in, where it's closer to the body but the material is more stiff and formal than just the drapey, CBK gowns.

Saw this pic of them today and I like her outfit. I'm gonna be the lone dissenter here. I think she will knock off CBK, not Kate Middleton.

Hmm. Disagree. I think you are right on track if she were getting married at the White House or Mar-a-Lago, but since she is getting married in the Bahamas, I think it will be MUCH more form fitting. She'll do lace or silk and I'm thinking the modesty will be a high neck instead of long sleeves. I'm thinking something along the lines of Sofia Richie.

Or she will do long sleeves. Rem is gonna be confused - Kate Middleton vs. Bettina Trump. It's the battle of the long sleeved lace bridal gowns!

Melania Trump’s wedding dress is there for the taking — for the right bid.

The first lady’s lavish Christian Dior by John Galliano gown from her and President Donald Trump’s January 2005 nuptials appears to be for sale on eBay.

Writer Liana Satenstein told her “Neverworns” Substack subscribers on Tuesday that the couture creation, for which Melania reportedly paid $100,000, is listed on the site for $45,000 (or best offer) with free shipping by a woman who claims to have purchased it from the first lady.

Is she trying to look pregnant on that cover? I had to look up if she was.

Sorry, formatted my reply incorrectly.

It's her hip jutting out, not a belly. I think it's pretty obvious. The pic wasn't taken head on.

For a beautiful woman in her wedding dress with a photo taken by a professional fashion photographer, that’s an awful photo. Like someone at vogue really don’t like her. She looks like a conehead and her dress looks just wrinkled.

The Taylor Swift bridal thread has me interested. What do we think for Bettina tomorrow? I'm predicting custom Dior and it will be along the lines of the following:

Obviously it will be much more unique than some mid range dress from Kleinfeld's but I think it will be in the vein of these.

I despise all the trumps but Lara looks so cute here. She looks like a lizard now though. Eric has always been unfortunate looking.

Yes, did you all not see Trump's chat with the press earlier where a journalist asked if he was taking time off to go to the wedding and he said "I am going to try to be there, I have this thing called Iran. But I'd like to be there, he's a person I've known for a long time."

"He's a person I've known for a long time"...about his 50 year old son. Insane.

Pretty sure he was, you know, joking.

Still think he was, you know, joking?

Jeez. Nobody wants to be with him enough to do any sort of a secondary ceremony in DC?

If my dad couldn't come to my wedding, and even if I couldn't bring the wedding to him, I'd still make sure he was involved in some way.

Family values?

They did have a smaller ceremony, the media is now reporting. Marriage license was already signed and filed yesterday. But it was in Florida. And Trump was in DC yesterday with that man and his bellybutton.

So, they had a smaller ceremony and they still didn't have it so Donald could be there lol.

And on the subject of Indian weddings...

They also had a Western ceremony. Can't really see too much of Usha's dress but it looks fine from what you can see. Wholly inoffensive millennial wedding gown from 10 years ago:
