I like how you Blake bots are so rattled you think this must be an inorganic conspiracy. No sweetie. People have eyes, ears, common sense and critical thinking. We have read all the facts, we can look at Blake and Ryan’s 20 year careers, and we can draw our own conclusions. That said, I understand how this can be very unsettling to two filthy rich narcissist sociopaths who live in a gilded bubble and are used to cowering yes-men and women and servants waiting on them hand and foot.
This, it has gotten so predictable. Every few days, one or more of them starts posting the very same things, it’s a pile on, it’s misogynistic, she was uncomfortable, they both suck, I don’t like her but. . . At this point, I think they are just cutting and pasting their earlier posts. And when none of that works, they get combative and try to bait people to post something they can take to Jeff to close the thread down. At this point, I never post directly in response to them.
Anonymous wrote:lol. I realize the pro-Baldoni crowd thinks it's making its case here, but the crazy rhetoric of these replies is just telling me I was right.

Anonymous wrote:Blake owes her career to two men: Harvey Weinstein and Ryan Reynolds. Were it not for them she’d be nothing but an irrelevant middle aged uneducated bimbo who was on some cheesy teen drama 25 years ago.

And I don't even like Blake Lively. But I don't hate her. I don't get where the vitriol is coming from when this is a classic she said/he said where both sides are almost certainly sculpting the narrative to make themselves look good and the truth is probably something messy where they both look bad.

My point was that the online pile on against Lively resembles the one against Heard very strongly, and that the way Baldoni's PR team (who also worked for Depp against Heard) and his lawyer have approached the situation really capitalizes on how so many people online are eager to pillory a woman, call her a liar, call her crazy.
DCUM has maybe a few hundred people following this thread at best. Reddit has a few pro Baldoni and pro Blakey dedicated subs, but the largest “general” celeb sub, Fau Moi, has over 4 million members and is largely pro Blake.

Well to be fair, people are also piling on RR. I think it’s more about not liking what people are interpreting as bullying behavior by a wealthy power couple who have taken over not one but two movies. That said, the AH/JD case was too depressing for me to want to follow, so I don’t know what people did there. For me, this case is a distraction from some really depressing stuff happening in the world. But I do not like when people talk about her weight or outfits or appearance. That feels like misogyny. Nobody’s talking about RR’s outfits or weight or aging.
