That says a whole lot. None of it good. Over-reach by the DA is really bad. I’m beginning to wonder is the Rs are right, that they need to shut him up for other reasons. Before the border crisis, Chinese balloon and lack of criminal prosecutions of violent offenders, I would have said otherwise. But this just seems odd.

It seems very unlikely that all would be felonies. I can’t say for sure, and neither can the person on twitter. I’ve read a lot of indictments, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen all felonies, unless it was a case with a handful of violent crimes. These are supposed to be fraud charges.

Apparently you don't like judges or our judicial system either.

When asked at a post midterms press conference how other world leaders should view this moment for America, with Trump potentially running for the presidency again, Biden said he will make sure Trump doesn't take power.

"We just have to demonstrate that he will not take power if he does run, making sure he under legitimate efforts of our Constitution does not become the next president again, Biden said.

Oh chill. He probably meant because trump is a criminal. They can't vote so they shouldn't hold office. And presidents should be held to higher standards, not lower ones. Unfortunately the founding fathers did not anticipate a grifter and bully so they felt they didn't have to actually codify some of these norms of being a decent person.

He said why he meant, sadly

The founders couldn’t imagine so many of their fellow countrymen turning traitor.

How is tax fraud and business fraud petty?

The stormy case is not petty. It was part of his cheating that won him the presidency. Not petty at all.

Do you think she believes his denial that he has sex with SD while she was home caring for their newborn?

How would you like to be a 17 year old (his son's age) with your father going through this public humiliation???

Oh dear. They're inured by now. He's accumulated so much humiliating stuff for himself and his family, PP. At this point nothing hurts anymore.

Bet it makes him strong as hell and a formidable opponent someday

It will likely strengthen his position with his base--not so much with Independents.

I won't be surprised if the whole thing is thrown out of court.

You realize there are already two people who have, or are, serving jail time for this same crime, right?

And you also realize the SDNY under Trump asked the NYAG not to pursue the case, inferring they would take it up, but then didn't because Barr called them off, right?

There is documentary and testimonial evidence already on the public record. This is a slam dunk case as evidenced by the two guilty verdicts already returned on the same case.

So no, it won't be thrown out of court.
