Stay the F* out of my business. I thought the Rs supported limited government and staying out of people's personal business.
For men. But women aren’t people in the GOP, so getting up in a woman (or girl’s) uterus is great according to them.
+1 Mike Pence was on Meet the Press this past Sunday and when asked, that “limited government” guy went full speed ahead towards constitutional rights for embryos and fetuses.
Understand that a fetus or embryo might be male. There is no scenario where a female should have dominion over a male. That’s what they believe.
It’s not even that far. They just don’t believe that women should have any agency whatsoever, even a raped ten year old who could well die even from a “healthy” pregnancy.
Women truly are not people in the eyes of Republicans. It’s why they don’t think women are entitled to bodily autonomy at its most basic level; that sitbird John Roberts gave women a big middle finger regarding “sidewalk counseling.” On what ducking planet is it anyone else’s business what a woman chooses to do with her own body? And to basically condemn a ten year old rape victim to death… for “life”? They think of women as less than. One can only hope that the women who vote Republican have begun to realize this.
