There is no "right" to an abortion. That is what this entire decision is about It was wrong from the beginning.
I have a Constitutional right to the pursuit of happiness and not having a child, for whatever reason, is me pursuing happiness.
What's crazy is that abortion should be a pretty cut and dry reading of section 1 of the 14th Amendment. With this decision, a state could ban vasectomy or heart transplants. It can ban interracial marriage, gay marriage, or straight marriage.
No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The sheer chaos that this decision will unleash on the United States will be unprecedented. Any equal protection rulings are pretty much moot.
