Until you find a rule saying a 6th grader isn't allowed to play U11, this table is just wishg casting yet again. And "= ≤" doesn't make any sense.

If I wanted to not keep them seperate then yes ≤ alone would work.

Can you find another example on the Internet of the usage of "=≤"? It isn't accurate.

I confirmed before drafting.

11v11 starts at different age groups across the nation. Likely because clubs make more money with larger teams at younger ages. But thats a differnt issue. I went with what the most highly competitive clubs would do.
