Nope, because the shift is happening and as with every team, everybody is looking for a better opportunity to position themselves.
The shift will be top girls to ecnl teams and the back end of the ecnl roster to GA teams. Maybe someday that will not happen but this year it will. You cannot get recruited from the back end of a GA team. You can get recruited from the back end of an ecnl team.
Lots of brave predictions by ECNL club parents. Let's see how things shake out next season on the tournament schedule. I've been to ID sessions of 4 different clubs and at this point the most competitive was SYC GA by a good amount.

Decent showing, nearly all the RL team, must have been others from lower level teams (based on talent differentials), and saw some girls I recognized from other clubs, including SYC, NVA, Vienna, Arlington. Looks like it has a chance to be a good team, not just the RLs.
