I've seen an awful lot of inaugurations. This one was not grand and he didn't do himself any favors with his speech full of his usual crying and whining.

Like yesterday's snow, it failed to show. Current temperature in DC is 26°, with wind chill feels like 16°. That's a bit cold but nothing like the predicted single digits of wind chill.
