DCU is very tactful on their player selection for each game.

Anybody know who is coaches the U18 group? Heard the coach left and they have not replaced him yet. This maybe why team isn't preforming well.

Our kids are perfectly fine. No one was attacking the parents or the kids, we're airing out the massive shortcomings of DCU compared to the other academies. The reason DCU has more losses and draws than the other two academies in their division combined isn't because they're behind them in any way, it's because DCU is playing chess while they're playing checkers.

DCU is the only one focused on development over wins. These matches don't matter. They do not demonstrate anything regarding player development or match preparation or tactics or coaching.

Stop focusing on wins and losses and look at the things that really matter, like turning the talent they're able to gather into the best players they can be and making sure they reach, and succeed at, the next levels. (Oh wait . . . . .)
