it is a level 4 upgrade and the cost is $26k .. Isn't that too dark ? I prefer a lighter color .. What do you think about vinyl? it looks nicer and cheaper
Would that be for the full house?

Thanks for the info. We also like the wide plank width (7.5”) but will also look at lighter options once we get to the design center. We are partial to wood over other flooring options, but that’s just personal preference.

I do not know why it bothers me so much that this person (I assume agent) posts constantly with !! and ??
How have people's design center experiences been going? I had a rough start with TB in terms of communication, but they have been great lately in accommodating requests and answering questions. I'm looking forward to picking out stuff. Curious how the stone upgrades are priced.
What stone upgrades are you referring to? Like granite/quartz counter?
Yup, that’s what I meant, sorry. I don’t need anything fancy—just something like Lyra silestone out there.
The cabinet upgrades on our upgrade sheet were super reasonable. I’m also not a flashy backsplash person so expect will likely just go with the base subway unless it is yucky in person.
I would guess about 4K for mid level stone...level 6 with waterfall was 12k. They have a 3inch option that is pretty popular but I don’t know how much that adds to the cost. Subway tile actually looked pretty nice, but even the upgraded tiles were fairly reasonable
Anyone get a sense of the more expensive flooring upgrades (both wide plank hardwood-ish and top of the line carpet?)
Great, thanks!

I'm surprised the thread hasn't [b]BEEN deleted. It's 95% the agent talking to him/herself to bump up the thread hundreds of times.
+1, obviously.
Still jealous you didn’t get in I see...😔
Jesus, go away. You're not supposed to be promoting your business here.
Yes. Please.
It’s clearly one person who thinks it’s the agent responding. Not sure why they feel insecure...the mods have the IP addresses, so maybe that’ll shed some light.

Even if the agents are on here, why do you care?? There hasn’t been any deceit posted...just facts like what lots are available and the premiums (which everyone got btw).
GO AWAY.
