THE FACT IS a murder charge requires intent which means the police have seen evidence that he INTENDED to do it. Meaning it was not "an accident" because he was "scared and panicked." They would not have charged him with murder if there was any suggestion this was a terrible accident. Whether he is convicted or not is relevant right now since people are trying to argue the video proof doesn't exist and he is a wee scared boy who was forced to kill people by vicious antifa. The charge does not support that narrative no matter what.

This. He would have been charged with manslaughter instead. He has been charged with murder, which means there was a premeditated intent to murder. Get yourself educated on the differences.

Sorry, usually those videos are open to interpretation based on the bias of the viewer, per recent news events over the last year.

Plus you didn't answer my questions: did his car directly hit Heather, or someone else's car which then hit Heather? Why didn't the protestors behind the vehicle get the heck out of the way?

These alt-right Nazi white supremacists armed themselves to the teeth and went to Charlottesville looking for a fight and they got it and some.

I am puzzled as to what they are complaining about -- there is a white man in the White House, who purportedly is Republican. The GOP has the House and the Senate and white men are the majority there. The majority of governors are Republican white men. Outside of California and a few HBCUs most colleges/universities are predominantly filled with white people. Top jobs/Boards of most large banks filled with white men. And so on. If they are finding it hard to succeed under this set up, that aint the fault of PoC.

I remember my grandparents fighting and killing Nazi's. HOw we have come to the point where the Nazi's are embraced by the GOP and legitimized is beyond my realm of comprehension.
