Many were already suffering inside but said that fear and suffering was not alleviated but only compounded when Israel killed their loved ones. One guys story made me cry when I read he wished he said I l love you and kissed before his crush died. None of these people love Hamas as you can imagine but they all suffered regardless because of it.
