He’s not in charge. He freezes and stares into space. Dana Bash had to keep pointing during the debate off camera so Joe can focus his eyes toward the American public without scaring us to death. It’s sad what’s happening.

That’s why they did the split sceeen and banned a live audience so we wouldn’t be mortified by seeing the President freeze and eyes roll to the back of his head or wander into space
