After all the facts have been presented that really matter, they now trolling about there are random complaints on FB or something.

It most certainly was NOT mostly a commuter school in the 80’s. Ask a REAL (not fake, not imagined, nor googled) local and they will tell you the actual TRUTH. Jaysus.
OMG. The crazy NEU haters are going even more cray cray. A Daughter of the American Revolution is now the expert on Northeastern. That one takes the cake. Sorry, sweety, what Northeastern was in the 1960's has little relevancy to what the institution is today. Grandma and grandpa's opinions are noted, but not consequential. No offense.

Oh booster you’re nuts. I grew up in Boston 70s and 80s. Everyone knows it was a commuter school for nitwits.
No one believes you. Especially those who know better.
I suppose MIT and Harvard are also schools for nitwits, since they started as commuter schools?
This seems an odd hill for you to die on. What would be your real underlying purpose in name calling and bogus claims? You seem jealous of someone admitted under the new standards? Were you expecting to be admitted as a mediocre student? Anyone could have told you that wasn't going to happen.
Who is the nitwit now? In 2024?
Keep it up booster. You’re showing how nuts you are.
Who are you talking to? Why is criticizing a school that would not have you such an over the top thing for you? Are they not making the point by your posts?
Boo hoo NEU! Gamed the rankings and now a cry baby when someone, anyone criticizes them. Cry me a River booster

Or go to a community college for 1/10 of the cost of your state school and find your own summer internship. Or skip college altogether. Heck, skip high school. Maybe drop out of middle school and start working as a farmhand.

Even a school like MIT was still considered mostly a trade school into the 1950s. Ivies had 50 60 70% acceptance rates back in the 60s 70s. It has improved just like any other schools like you said, but strangely there are some(if more than one) person/people who are obsessed with the past specifically when it comes to Northeastern. Very weird.
True. The uneducated and ignorant give themselves away.
Hit a nerve with the truth. LOL.
