This really resonates with me. At the church plant I was a part of, a number of the women who were sucked into the Jen Hatmaker/Glennon Doyle vortex, shared way too much about their lives on social media and affected the lingo/mannerisms used by them in their posts and writing. One even started her own blog. I found the whole thing shallow, performative, fake, narcissistic, and gross.

If Jen and Tyler truly broke up that is a good thing for her imo. That whole “romance” was ridiculous. Now she can continue to truly heal and maybe find someone who’s actually enthusiastic about her and invested in something more than a passive aggressive “your so dope” from afar sort of thing.

Who cares if she’s no longer a Christian. Who cares if she’s not a great person. The problem is that she’s boring these days. I don’t even remember seeing quality pictures or videos of the cruise.

How much do you think Tyler's parents had to bail him out/support him during a career as an actor/musician/writer/speaker? I am thinking they likely paid his rent and bills for years. Does he mention how he earns his money in any of his books?

Never Glennon who I considered to be a clear toxic narcissist from the get go.
Years ago, when a Jen fan, I checked out Momastery and while I liked Glennon's writing and really liked a couple of her posts, she had a crazy-eyed look that made me think she was a little cuckoo. And...here we are. She is actually mentally ill. Her sister is a brat and Abby is trying to make the relationship work with all her Olympian strength but wow, it's a struggle.
I can't even bring myself to hate-listen to her podcast.
