I predict Oprah will do an interview very soon with Jill and Derrick.

This is the worst kind of crime. I’m so disgusted and heartbroken for the child victims. I find it unfathomable that he is out on bail and still has unlimited access to his kids, as long as his wife is present. I mean—I feel sort of bad for his wife, but if he’s known about these charges for so long, she had to have some knowledge as well, so it’s hard to see her as anything but complicit. I don’t think that she can be trusted as the only other adult present when he’s with his kids.
My other fear is that, with him out on bail, he is a suicide risk. If he were in jail, they could keep him alive until his trial, and they might be able to get information from him that could lead to finding other perpetrators. I’m no attorney or judge, but it seems mind-boggling to me that this guy was eligible for bond.

What type of names are Lecount and Lemuel?

In Josh's cult, he, the husband, is the head of the family. He "leads" the wife; he is literally in control of Anna. She can't tell him what to do and she has been trained from birth to be subservient to the desires and directives of her father and husband.

So how can it be acceptable to the judge that Josh may see his children, under the condition that Anna, the wife he literally controls and leads in his religion, is present?

Anna must be "joyfully available" whenever her husband wants sex: she can't refuse. Michelle blathers about this all the time.

So how can Anna possibly function as a safeguard for her children in Josh's presence?

It makes no sense.

Does anybody know if CPS will be involved or present when Josh is around his kids? Or is he really permitted to be with them with only Anna present?

Derick has an actual legit education. He has a degree from Oklahoma State and worked in the Walmart corporate offices (accounting) for a while.

His Dad died while he was a teen and a few years ago his mom gave him and his brother each a large sum of money, which Jill and Derrick used to buy a house (I don't know if it fully paid for the house, or if was just the down payment--and I don't exactly how "large" the sum of money was.)

I seem to remember that Jill was training to be a mid-wife. Obviously not the legit. RN kind of mid-wife but some kind of country mid-wife (like a doula?) Anyway, maybe now she will get her RN and start a career.

This is why I will never ever bean evangelical or associate with them (I am a progressive Christian). Grew up with lots of fundies and they really pushed women and girls to tolerate anything men visited upon them

Of course, it could be, I don't know that she would allow herself those thoughts consciously though. Or even anger at her parents for any of it. I think anger is terrifying for her and I think she just pushes those thoughts away...her reference to not making a bad situation worse or a "disaster" sounds like a Duggar line. He can have the privilege to make a disaster, as he has, of course, but for her...she has to be utterly accepting and passive as if she is in the throes of God's will versus in the throes of a pedophile, possible psychopath as we can all see.

They have a youtube channel and it's probably monetized. I think she does sponsorships for brands once in a while on instagram. He's in law school, and while I'm sure he'll have student loan debt, will probably have a decent job after.
