I am sure there is more to the story, there were a couple of rumors about the way he talked to the girls, just glad that SYC acted quickly.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:"They are no longer here." This statements indicates you are with still with SYC. If you're not happy with the club's direction or the new staff, why don't you leave instead of grousing about the changes?
That's always a possibility but while here I want to see that things at the club go in the correct direction. I was interested in understanding the reasoning behind the firing and the hire being another close friend. People get so defensive so quickly and automatically start blaming LMVSC or those who left to go there. That happened and it's done with, time to move on and focus on the current issues.
My DD is in the 05s and she tells me the girls just didn’t like his style of coaching and he wasn’t connecting. I applaud SYC for making a quick change to improve their season.
That makes sense if he wasn't connecting with the team and getting someone else in there but was it enough to fire him as he was also a director? I'm sure he could have coached another team.

Lee has always been an amazing coach, but needs to be a little more humble in order to be a good leader.Anonymous wrote:I am starting to see the Lee That people talked about and parents are starting to notice. Very unorganized and seems almost bored at practice I had the chance to go to another club but decided to stay. I’ll be surprised if Lmvsc isn’t looking for a new TD after next year I’m sure Lula isn’t thrilled.

Why not stick around so the kid can play with his/her friends, enjoy a short commute, etc. In 3 or 4 years Este and Pepe will be gone, gone, gone...

Many of their top teams (and others) play in the thousand or so divisions of edp. Next year the td’s plan to put them back in ccl so that a few coaches can each have 3 teams and rely on unpaid parent volunteers to run the practices while they are busy not teaching kids how to play soccer
