Relax.
The younger noncommitted 09's are leaving, the rest of the good 10's are leaving, the good 11's are leaving, the best 12 is leaving... What's left for FVU except the 2013's. Hopefully they stay
Lol. Trolling hard here! Nice try but not true at all. There will always be a revolving door of a few players, but this is true everywhere.
But that MV revolving door is just a little bit bigger than the usual.

What year?
Multiple years... 09's, some 10's already left probably more to come, 11's, and some 12's
Expect more

DC says they were grouped with other kids from outside the partner clubs. Coaches asked DC their name at one point, along with a couple other kids, but apparently didn't ask others in that group. At the end, coaches told the kids they can come back for the next session if they don't get an email saying this isn't the right fit. Got an email this morning reminding us about the second session. Is everyone who registered getting that email, or just a subset who they want to see back again? Trying to figure out if it's worth going or not.
99% of the time that scenario leads to no offer. If teams want you they definitely will talk to the player and parent after the first ID session.
Why keep stringing kids along through multiple ID sessions? Are they really still trying to figure out who will fill the last couple of spots? Like what is the purpose of not offering kids but not cutting them either? I am asking in general, not just VDA specifically.
I believe clubs have gotten slammed by parents and league officials for not holding ID sessions and giving all kids a chance. So now they need to have multiple sessions and have enough kids there that it is “meaningful”.
SYCs have been meaningful. So meaningful that outside players aren’t really showing up.

The decisions are already made and the ID sessions are essentially PR. Like a company listing a job opening knowing full well who they are about to hire already.
Is this equally true at U13 as it is for older age groups with already established teams?
