I think this guy should have his day in immigration court, and then deported (or kept in El Salvador of the hold is lifted). His behavior in the US would not seem to be what Americans want in lawful immigrants (or even asylum seekers).
I don’t ever remember previous presidents paying a South American dictator to build a prison and send illegal immigrants there without a hearing.
I don’t remember any other presidents ignoring a court order, lying to courts, withholding relevant information to the courts. Do you?
Stop with comparing. It’s now a crisis. We have a president who thinks he’s above the law.

Experts don’t agree with that assessment. Gang experts, such as Roberto Lovato (University of Nevada) and David Kennedy (John Jay College), have stated that these tattoos are not typical MS-13 symbols and are commonly found among non-gang members. Lovato noted that current gang members he consulted did not believe the tattoos indicated MS-13 affiliation. A community activist with 25 years of experience working with gang members also told CBS News they had never seen such tattoos linked to MS-13.

He's had more due process than many citizens get.
He was found to be illegally present and deportable. So, he was deported.

That's odd - I only saw denial of release on bond orders from 2019.
Can somebody poat a link to the withholding order?
It is in the court ruling, as part of DOJ's exhibits.
