I'm curious as well. And did any of the third team players get moved up to the second team last year? Or 2nd team players moved down to 3rd?

I don’t understand what you are saying. Are some coaches leaving Valor and encouraging players to try out for the club where they are headed? Or they are staying at Valor to coach a different age group, while encouraging their current players to try out elsewhere because they don’t believe the coach slated for next year will be good?
As far as we know the coach is staying with valor and has suggested the kids try out elsewhere.
For all we know the coach could be leaving since the coaching staff has not been announced yet. I thought our coach would stay with the current team, no one is giving us any information except for that.

At practice last night, told kids about coaching staff for next year in their age group (lots of change).
