Yes, but I think that's unrelated to the shooting.

I think the texts are fake / planted evidence / possibly something like that.
I also think that he actually shot the guy.
Just because Kash Patel has successfully hobbled the FBI and made it unable to conduct a good investigation doesn't mean that he didn't do it.

They were bringing in the partner because they wanted to pin everything on transgender people. Now that it’s clear that his trans girlfriend wasn’t involved they’ve switched tactics to it’s a coverup.
There’s no proof that his male partner is trans. What proof do you have?
They’re pushing this so hard, it’s probably because the last shooter in MN was trans and they want to keep the all trans people are violent narrative fresh just because. This was like an amateur very vindictive, careless framing of a murder. Someone was so pi$$ed that they were found out, they’re $hit was hacked into, and they impulsively planned this shenanigan.
I don’t get their thought process. They have been telling us that trans women are men. Now it’s well they’re men until they kills someone like a bunch of white male school shooters and assassins before them. In that case the trans identity trumps everything.
