What in someone’s makeup or childhood would make someone so desperate for approval from strangers?

What makes someone, an adult pushing 50, so eager to brag and proclaim, again to total strangers, how “amazing” their life, accomplishments, loves, and relationships supposedly are?

Who behaves like that?

You can really sense the desperation and brittleness in her these days.

She seems as someone earlier said “off”.

My moneys on the first one. Jen is to blame. Those kids will have a hard time in the real world. I’d also be willing to bet Mom still pays all of the bills just to keep them from occupying her time.

I agree, the cussing with your now adult children is not cool. Wasn’t cool before adulthood and not cool now. They are your children not your friends. So embarrassing. They have the strangest parenting dynamics. No wonder the kids act the way they do. Will they ever be independent? And maybe Ben never goes home because she is never home. Who is raising Remy? Or is she a senior now?

lol that she mentions her bday cruise is bringing her FRIENDS and not her “boyfriend.” lol so you’re planning a 50th bday without your partner of 3 yrs by then. He’s prob like: I completed my contract with one cruise. Not again.

I couldn’t help but feel like that’s part of why she posted it as in “see how cool we all are” 🙄

All of her kids seem to want privacy from her feed. So wrong of her to post stuff like that. And yes, it is needy and clingy to use your kids, especially when you’re still parenting one at home! She’s not alone AND she has a “boyfriend” and her “village” and her siblings and her parents. Leave your kids alone.
