Exactly. Very troubling and Michelle Obama would not have gotten off easy if she disappeared for almost a month. People critized every thing she wore. Hillary was "dying" every time she was sick.

If you don't want others to treat Republicans this way, don't start it next time. Feel badly for Melania, she obviously does not have much input in all this.


Don't get your hopes up, PP. Self reflection and taking personal responsibility responsibility are not Republicans' forté.

If the White House had actually said she was going to be recovering from surgery for a while, maybe people would have accepted that. But that is not how things happened and it has led to all the speculation.
