If it's really big then it will take up some seats otherwise , it's safe to assume that WJ and Woodward both will take 2 ES each from DCC to balance demography and capacity. KP is just 0.6 miles from Einstein so it's almost certain that it will go to Einstein to balance geography, demography and performance.
Everyone wants to avoid busing and KP going to Einstein to attend neighborhood school will avoid long distance busing.
K-P is ~2.5 miles to Einstein. (It is also ~2.5 miles to WJ.) Nothing is "almost certain" at this point. But let's meet back here in 2024 to discuss.

Choice to einstein-Blair-north wood-Wheaton-Kennedy still be available?

Plus kids for new countywide magnet at Woodward. Not sure why anyone thinks there would be room to move any entire ES over to either WJ or Woodward.
This.
who is talking about moving what ES to WJ or Woodward?
The original proposal was for Woodward to relieve overcrowding in some of the DCC clusters, presumably by taking students currently zoned for, most likely, Einstein and/or Wheaton. For example, maybe kids that go to Rock View, Oakland Terrace, and Viers Mill would be rezoned to Woodward and WJ.
What PPs are saying, though, is that by the time Woodward opens for WJ students, the enrollment at WJ is going to be so high (I've seen as high as 3,500 by 2025 predicted), that there will be little, if any, capacity at either school to take students from other high schools.
I'm looking at P-K area and don't want to be rezoned to Einstein. Woodward I can deal with.
If this is your attitude, just stick with Whitman or Churchill. Please.

Woodward will have capacity of 2700.
Woodward+ WJ will have capacity of 5K+
There will be enough empty seats in Woodward+WJ to take couple of ES from DCC.
And are the middle schools going to have the capacity to welcome two other elementaries?
