Why on earth should DACA pass in a CR? It's a huge, consequential piece of legislation that needs to be carefully considered. A rushed DACA "fix" is a guarantee that hundreds of thousands of mostly adults brought here as children will need to be amnestied again in 15-20 years.

I'm willing to bet the majority of kids at MA state colleges are from in-state in the first place. So I don't see how that is a small number?
