I know I'm way behind all of you, because I don't have hulu so I'm watching free streaming on ABC and I'm just now on hometown dates ... but... I have to say that I got so excited when Joan was in the chair in the robe in Pascal's gorgeous salon. I thought they were going to deal with those horrible extensions and cut her hair! But no. Sigh.

Yes, there have been other shots where they cram them together.

The small tables had tablecloths that weren’t centered, more fabric on the side facing the camera than near the couples. I wanted to straighten it out! But again that’s probably for the shot.

They didn’t eat any of the food. When Joan and Guy left their plates were full. Wasted food or maybe in reality they walked back to the food after the director got the shot.

I am a well educated, independent woman who thinks kept wives are on the prostitution spectrum.

Because the scene is staged and they aren’t really enjoying a long romantic dinner. Everything is staged. I’m sure the director steers the conversation and there are multiple stops and retakes until they get what they are looking for. The meal is secondary to all of this. I bet they don’t even eat

Which is more common:husbands leaving wives for younger women or wives leaving husbands for younger men?

Many studies have shown that men prioritize appearance when choosing romantic partners. Women’s priorities are much more substantial and nuanced.

I thought the same thing about Guy's hair because of how it looked in the sun on the Tahiti trip. I also wondered that about Golden Bachelor Gerry because of how thick it looks which is unusual at his age.

Gerry's of Irish descent. Many Irish guys have thick hair and it lasts into old age. However, it must be dyed. He shoukd be gray.
